Most of us regularly experience some anger, sometimes a little sometimes a lot. This mind of anger has the power to completely destroy a good day, a good relationship and a good life. It robs us of our mental well-being and our feelings of happiness and joy. Just as we shouldn't accept a thief in our house, we should never accept the mind of anger to steal our happiness.
In this course, Gen Kelsang Dragpa will teach what anger is, why we get angry and how we can recognize anger as it arises in our mind and how we can take practical steps to overcome it by training our mind. Gradually we can choose more positive ways to respond to difficult situations and experience a calm and happy mind all the time.
