Bad habits are destructive and make us unhappy and unhealthy. If left uncontrolled they have the power to completely destroy our reputation, our relationships and our sense of self worth.
In this meditation course, Gen Kelsang Dragpa explain how we can recognize, reduce and finally completely overcome our bad habits and replace them with positive habits conducive to our own and others happiness and well-being. We will be able to control our mind and direct it towards objects that increase our mental peace, freedom, integrity and confidence.

These classes will be taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Dragpa. He is a Modern Kadampa Buddhist monk and the National Spiritual Director of the Nordic Region. He received ordination in 1993 from Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and is one of his most senior disciples. Gen Dragpa has taught extensively in the Netherlands, UK, Belgium and France. His teachings are very practical and easy to understand. They offer profound solutions to our everyday problems.
The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to deepen and strengthen their meditation practice.
