Everyone wants to experience a lasting and stable feeling of happiness and contentment and to be free from problems and suffering. We work hard to fulfill this wish through improving our external conditions. Even if from the outside we may seem successful, having a good job, a beautiful home and a family , we might feel there is something missing. This is because the lasting and stable happiness that we long for comes from developing our inner qualities of inner peace, love, compassion and wisdom.
In this course, Gen Kelsang Dragpa will explain how by learning to meditate, everyone can discover inner peace, the real source of stable happiness. When we realize through our own experience that meditation increases our inner qualities, we can begin to experience the inner freedom and happiness that we always have been looking for.
