Nordic Kadampa Meditation Center søndag 16. desember 2018

Have you ever noticed that the end-of-year holidays often arrive with a lot less holiday cheer than perhaps we’d hoped for? It doesn’t have to be that way. With a few well-targeted adjustments to our heart and our mind, we can return not only the holiday season to a time of joy and meaning…but we can do this with the rest of the year (the rest of our life) as well. Could there be a better time to make this change?

Join us for two sessions of exploration and meditation as we utilize Buddha’s wisdom to transform the holiday
