The special advice given in these classes will enable you to improve your relationships with others, overcome daily problems and worries and find the real meaning of human life.

These classes will be taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Tubchen. She is a Buddhist nun with 20 years experience of meditation. Be guided to deep meditation experiences and inspired by her clear and powerful teachings.
The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to deepen and strengthen their meditation practice. Each class includes a talk and one to two guided meditations. Each class is self-contained so you can drop in whenever you can or attend the whole series for optimal benefit.
